Prologue

The Internet has been in our lives for some years now. Most of the time most of us don’t really realize, but sometimes I come to think I’ve been actively using the Net for the last eleven years. And by actively I mean every single day of those eleven years, if we count off the very few vacations I’ve taken in that time. Now that’s quite a mileage!

If you’re like me, you will be connected tome the net almost every minute by these days. You most likely will surf at home, with a desktop or a laptop, of both, connected through your home wifi; at work, may it be for work reasons or not; and maybe you’re just like me and carry along an iPhone or whatever other gadget that keeps you online just wherever you are.

So, being all this connected made me think one day,

I should try to make some money out of this…

Well, it wasn’t really that kind of sudden idea, actually. But it’s true I saw it pretty clear one certain day. However, that’s a whole different story…

This book is no Holy Grail for fast, easy money on the Internet. Sorry. You won’t be millionaire by tomorrow. Besides, we all reasonably realize that that kind of stuff is, at best, useless.

The methods exposed in this book require work. Not a huge amount of it, anyway. It’s not really hard work (who wants to work hard, anyway?). But you have to do your stuff. The amount of money you will make won’t be huge neither. At least at first. It will grow over time, however, if you stick to it, act wisely and invest the small amounts you earn at first, or at least a good part of them, back in your online enterprise. Just don’t spend your earnings in gadgets and beer like I did at first!
